First of all Happy New Year 2015 to all who see this post! This year started with me going to another mate in one, without any good reason to do so. It is like my brain shuts down at times and I make the worst move in position. I hope that someday I will stop playing like a complete idiot... I do not think I will stop doing that any time soon though. I just don't know, I care about the result of the games but still sometimes I do not look what my opponent is up to or at least not that closely. I added a new page to the exercises called Tactics, where you need to just find the material winning move or the combination of moves. Finding good examples is quite time consuming process and I am not sure how well I did but I try my best. I have also added five more puzzles divided in to mate in one and two pages.
The blog features analysed games of mine, consisting of chess, chess960 and 3 check. There are also puzzles that you can solve by moving the pieces on the board and the solution can be checked by using the engine provided by the ChessBase's publishing tool. All games and puzzles can be downloaded for free!
