I wonder if I can get all ECO codes featured in this blog sometime in the far future... My earliest games that I played against Chessmaster 8000 personalities have some very weird opening treatments and me playing like a total beginner, so everything is possible. Even after some 13 or so years that I have studied the game I am still really bad at it. Then again I have maybe gone through one or two chess books and only done some 30-40 hours of tactical training and I have maybe only analysed around 100 or so of my games in those years. So one could say it is no wonder why I still suck at the game. I have played more than 5000 chess games but since I only have looked so little amount of them afterwards, it might be the biggest reason why my rating hasn't changed all that much in years, only my tactical eye has gone worse over the years. This might have something to do with the fact that there has been several months in between any real training on the matter.
The blog features analysed games of mine, consisting of chess, chess960 and 3 check. There are also puzzles that you can solve by moving the pieces on the board and the solution can be checked by using the engine provided by the ChessBase's publishing tool. All games and puzzles can be downloaded for free!
