This post comes again a bit later in the day, this time due to the fact that I played in a over the board rapid chess tournament today. Even though I play close chess rarely these days or even games that I can finish in one sitting, I was able to play quite a decent tournament and got my rating up a few points. Also in preparation for today as I knew that most of this day would be off computer, I added some games yesterday after I had published the main post. I am glad that I did that because I would be maybe running out of time otherwise. The game below was played in a team match called Zeka Oyunları. It was played between Marmara University Chess Club and ANTI NAZI LEAGUE. I played on board 2 for ANTI NAZI LEAGUE in this match and we won this six board match 6,5 - 5,5. It took only move bad move from me to change the advantage from me to my opponent and once he got it, he never let go of it. I have added three mate in twos, one mate in three and one mate in four today.
The blog features analysed games of mine, consisting of chess, chess960 and 3 check. There are also puzzles that you can solve by moving the pieces on the board and the solution can be checked by using the engine provided by the ChessBase's publishing tool. All games and puzzles can be downloaded for free!
