The game that I will share with you now is from a team match called Romeo and Juliet Want to Play king's indian defense fianchetto variation !! It is an ongoing match between Romeo and Juliet and ♙ Thematic Matches & Tournaments. I am playing on board 17 in this match for ♙ Thematic Matches & Tournaments. This is played on 72 boards and the current score is 68,5 - 73,5 in favor of ♙ Thematic Matches & Tournaments which means that we have secured the win and the remaining games only serve as a determining factor for the final result. As this was a thematic match, the game started in a position where the moves 1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 g6 3.Nc3 Bg7 4.Nf3 d6 5.g3 had already been played. As you may see in the game notation, the game could have gone to a different variation if I had played one of the three possibilities on my seventh move, 7...Bf5, 7...Qa5 or 7...Qb6. I have had quite bad results in my latest games at Chess.com, out of the last ten games I have lost six, played one draw and won only three games. Four of those losses were against higher rated players so maybe the results have not been as bad as I initially thought. Then again if I compare my results from Red Hot Pawn, the story is completely different. I have finished 21 games there since my last loss... Out of those 21 games I have won 19 and played 2 draws. The huge difference in the results can be explained by looking at the average rating of my opponents from both of these sites, at Chess.com it is 1769 and at Red Hot Pawn it is only 1534 in about the same time frame of three months. I have added three mate in twos, one mate in three and one mate in five today. Until tomorrow, my fellow chess enthusiasts!
